The Hawkeye Fire Safety Association Board is pleased to invite your company to become an organizational sponsor. Your support directly contributes to our annual Fall Conference and Spring Training Day—events that bring together fire and building safety professionals, municipal officials, equipment vendors, and community leaders for advanced training, networking, and discussion of emerging innovations in fire prevention, building safety, and emergency response.
Our mission is to provide high‑quality, low‑cost training opportunities for those dedicated to protecting our communities. Your sponsorship is essential to helping us continue this work.
By becoming a sponsor, your organization will:
- Showcase leadership in community safety
- Engage directly with key decision-makers in fire, building and emergency services
- Present products and services to a targeted and influential audience
- Support our Fall Conference & Spring Training Event
For the second year, to enhance attendee interaction while minimizing your staff's time commitment, we will host a “Sponsor Happy Hour” at our Fall Conference on October 28th. Attendees will receive drink tickets (provided by us) and have the chance to win your sponsorship raffle prize (provided by your company).
Sponsorship Levels:
3rd Alarm Sponsor - $1,600
2nd Alarm Sponsor - $800
1st Alarm Sponsor - $400
Other Options (Conference, Class, Banquet, Meals) - Contact Board
Due to print deadlines, sponsorships purchased after September 15th, 2026 will not be included in the program or be included in signage at the conference.
* Space is limited. Table selection will occur in order of sponsorship level and payment date.
Sponsor/Vendor Booth Access Notice:
Please note: All sponsors may set up a two-person vendor booth during the Sponsor Happy Hour on October 28th. Only 3rd Alarm Sponsors will be granted vendor space for the entire conference (October 28th-29th) due to space limitations.

Hawkeye State Fire Safety Association is a 501(c)(3) organization. From the IRS renewal letter: “Donors can deduct contributions they make to you under IRC Section 170.” Thank you for supporting fire safety education and community preparedness. We look forward to partnering with you!
🕔 Sponsor Happy Hour – October 28th, 2026
This dedicated two-hour event will be held prior to the Annual Awards Banquet, and is designed to create meaningful interaction between attendees and sponsors in a relaxed, fun environment. All sponsors are welcome and encouraged to attend the banquet following the Happy Hour. Banquet tickets are available for purchase if not included in your sponsorship tier or if you need additional banquet tickets. Drink tickets will be distributed to attendees based on their interaction with sponsors. This ensures attendees are actively engaging and gives sponsors a chance to connect with a broader audience.
🎟️ Optional Sponsor Raffle Giveaways
If you choose to participate, we ask that your raffle item be professional and appropriate—examples include: Gift cards, Company-branded baskets or gear, Flashlights, Coolers, etc.
You will be provided with raffle tickets to hand out when you feel an attendee has genuinely engaged with you and learned about your company or product. The drawing will take place later that evening during the banquet. The goal of the raffle is simple: make it fun and rewarding for attendees to connect with you.

This unique venue is a repurposed fire maintenance building, now operated by the Des Moines Local 4 Firefighters Union as a union hall and event space.
Depending on final registration numbers, building layout and space assignments may shift slightly. However, each sponsor will be guaranteed a tradeshow-style table space for the Happy Hour if desired.
