  • Sponsors will be given access to setup a two-person vendor exhibit space during this event.

  • Attendees will be given drink tickets (provided by us).

  • Sponsors are encouraged to provide a raffle prize to attract visitors to their exhibit space.

  • Raffle participation is optional but encouraged to boost engagement.

Only 3rd Alarm Sponsors will be granted vendor space for the entire conference (November 5th–6th) due to space limitations.

Sponsor Happy Hour Details

🕔 Sponsor Happy Hour – November 5, 2025

This dedicated two-hour event will be held prior to the Annual Awards Banquet, and is designed to create meaningful interaction between attendees and sponsors in a relaxed, fun environment.

All sponsors are welcome and encouraged to attend the banquet following the Happy Hour. Banquet tickets are available for purchase if not included in your sponsorship tier or if you additional banquet tickets.

 

Drink tickets will be distributed to attendees based on their interaction with sponsors. This ensures attendees are actively engaging and gives sponsors a chance to connect with a broader audience.

 

🎟️ Optional Sponsor Raffle Giveaways

If you choose to participate, we ask that your raffle item be professional and appropriate—examples include:

  • Gift cards

  • Company-branded baskets or gear

  • Flashlights

  • Coolers

You will be provided with raffle tickets to hand out when you feel an attendee has genuinely engaged with you and learned about your company or product. The drawing will take place later that evening during the banquet.

The goal of the raffle is simple: make it fun and rewarding for attendees to connect with you.

This unique venue is a repurposed fire maintenance building, now operated by the Des Moines Local 4 Firefighters Union as a union hall and event space.

Depending on final registration numbers, building layout and space assignments may shift slightly. However, each sponsor will be guaranteed a tradeshow-style table space for the Happy Hour if desired.
